Since Felicity founded the company in 2010, Phenomenal People has worked with corporate clients, such as Societe Generale, British Airways and Guinness World Records, as well as start ups, SMEs and not for profit organisations, supporting them to develop their leaders, company culture and teams. She is the first New Zealand Consultant for Dr Joe Dispenza's company NeuroChangeSolutions and is a certified HeartMath Trainer.
