Today's Conversations with Leaders is with Andy Green, Director of the Pennard Practice, a veterinary group comprising of six centres, based in West Kent. Andy and his partners have made the wellbeing of their teams (around 80 people) a priority in the day to day running of their centres, which really paid off when they had to deal with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
