If you want transformation in 2023, you'd better read the small print.

There's a lot of talk about transformation, especially as we are heading towards the New Year and people are thinking about what they want to create or achieve in 2023. What is not often addressed is that there is a cost to transformation - for the new to emerge, the old must die. And while it's always worth it when the transformation is complete, getting there is uncomfortable and we must support ourselves and our people to navigate the change.
