Revolutionary Resilience: going beyond grit and mindfulness

Galvanised by the concerns raised in Employment Hero's recent workplace wellbeing report I created a Burnout Prevention Quiz, to support leaders in business. The quiz allows them to check their resilience and wellbeing levels and make any adjustments highlighted in their personalised report.
